PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Deposit & Full payment

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total value by credit card is required upon confirmation of your booking.

Remained balance: The remained balance of your cruise tour booking is required to be paid no later than 15 days prior to the date of starting the cruise tour.

Full payment: When customers confirm the booking less than one month to go. Full payment is required.

Payment by credit card

Kindly make the deposit/payment via our secured online payment SSL. Your credit card is totally protected for any transaction on our payment platform. We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. We are a verified member of OnePay so we accept Credit Card, Visa Card, Master Card and JCB card.

Payment Instructions

We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant system).

After you have received your order from us through a payment link, please check the information of the order. If all the information are correct, please read & agree with Terms and Conditions before clicking the button “pay”. You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Platform to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB Card.
