The staff and crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The boat was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were a group of four and we did the one night cruise. The food, particularly dinner, was excellent and plentiful. The bar was a bit pricey compared to other parts of Vietnam but there were two happy hours and the cocktails and beers were very good. Ha Long Bay and the surrounding island were beautiful and this is a must during a visit to Vietnam.

We had a brilliant time on Orchid cruise 3 for 2 nights. Every single dish was amazing and appreciated. The rooms were so clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable (love the pillows). Hats off to cleaning staff. The activities were great. We had plenty of time to relax as well. On the day trip we chose to ride the bikes. Then the afternoon kayaking and time at a little secluded beach cove. The water is too warm to be refreshing but fun and the scenery spectacular. I enjoyed Tai Chi with Lisa each morning. A great way to start the day! Lisa was great with the cooking classes each night. The scenery was amazing and I didn’t feel crowded by other boats at all. Overall, a 5 star experience from beginning to the end and something I feel very lucky to have experienced and I highly recommend this cruise to you. Let’s hope this beautiful place is preserved for generations to come.

This is an amazing overnight cruise (less touristy area). The service was exceptional - Sunny, Anthony and Mr Tian were all so helpful and friendly. They organized a lovely surprise birthday cake for my husband with singing and all. We had a really spacious room with great views. We would love to come back for their 3 day cruise.

We took the one night Ha Long Bay cruise and it was amazing! We traveled for our honeymoon and we were welcomed with a beautiful flower arrangement in our room and an exceptional cocktail and performance at dinner! The bay itself is beautiful and the activities are great. We highly recommend this cruise!

Ha Long Bay would be stunning whatever boat you chose, but Orchid 2 was a top-notch experience! Nothing I could fault. The transfers to and from our hotel in Hanoi were efficient in a luxury van. Our cabin, with balcony and huge bathtub, were gorgeous and the food (too) plentiful and artistically presented. However, he crews really made this experience special. Sunny, our waiter and the many others were friendly and helpful and they always seemed to be happy to have a chat.
