An amazing experience, beautiful sights and top-notch services. This was the first time with the Emperor Cruise but the second time to Ha Long Bay and with the extended family this time. We had 21 people with 3 generations. We booked the whole cruise for our family (8 rooms). Staffs were very attentive and accommodating to all our requests. They arranged special surprise birthday celebrations, pre wedding celebrations, karaoke and even BBQ on deck. Foods and drinks were excellent with extensive menu. Staff were an ace. Thank you, Quang, Chris, Chef Bao, Jack, Kevin, Emma and all service crews and team for the great hospitality. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience to spend the night in the Emperor Cruise. The rooms were very luxurious, the bed and bathroom were also very comfortable. The quality and taste of the food were very good. It was not boring because it included various activities such as kayaking and cooking classes. Amazing experience! The boat and the facilities were exactly as shown in photos: very luxurious and beautiful. The glass windows going all the way from the ceiling to the floor provided breathtaking views from the room and bathroom. It was incredible! The staff was great, the activities during our trip (visiting a cave, kayaking, fishing village) were very nice, and the bay views are wonderful. Also, the all the meals were amazing. My recommendation would be the 3 day/2 night trip, because you just want to spend more time in the boat.
